Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Delivery time for orders shipped via USPS is usually between 3 and 5 days but could take up to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are business days and do not include Sundays or holidays.

Note: T.L. makes every effort to ship custom published paintings ordered from the T.L. website within 3 days of receiving your credit card approval or payment. If we should run into difficulty shipping within this period, we will promptly contact you for further information or let you know the new estimated shipping date. We appreciate your order and know you will enjoy the products purchased on the T.L. website.

How is shipping calculated?
A flat fee of $5.00 per print is added when you checkout.

Terms and Conditions

Product Availability
Some products may be available in limited quantities. T.L. reserves the right to restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. T.L. will notify you of limitations on product availability and purchasing. This information is subject to change.

If T.L. cannot ship within thirty days from the date T.L. receives your payment, we will notify you by mail or email and provide more specific information.


U.S. Sales Only
The T.L. website sells and ships only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments are made to United States territories to addresses outside the United States, to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.


Sales Tax
A Sales tax of 6% will apply to residents of Pennsylvania on purchases from the T.L. website.


Returns Policy
All sales are final. Please note that T.L. permits return of products only in the following circumstances:


  • Defective items
    If a product you ordered is defective due to shipping damage or manufacture defects, T.L. will replace the product. If you believe your purchase is defective, please email within the first thirty days of your purchase.
  • Wrong Items Shipped
    If you receive items you did not order, please send an email to You will receive authorization to return the product for an exchange.


Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order placed via the T.L. website, or if you can't remember how it was placed, all you need to do is send us an email. Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you want to cancel. If you want to change the quantity of an item, please tell us. Please email us at as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your order. 

Note: We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

T.L. is not responsible for typographic errors. T.L. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the T.L. website at any time. All sales at the T.L. website are governed by Pennsylvania law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
